Geography

Berlin is found in Europe in the country of Germany. It is the capital city of this country with a population of 357021 people. It is found west of Poland. After being shaped by ice sheets in the last Ice Age, the cities centre now lies along the river Spree. Between the lower plateau to the north,the Urstromtal can be found. South of this ancient river valley is the Teltow plateu
 

to the west, the river Spree meets the river Havel - which is actually a chain of lakes. Other notable natural features include:
